I saw this on Little Plastic Horses and I fell in love with it. IDK who it is by and honestly I didn't even search but I want one just like it, well with a little of my own style added to it. I have a few friends that design clothing, one whom brought my design for a prom dress to life [here], so I think I am gonna use this as inspiration and go with the wind on a summer time fine romper.
